Board of Directors
The UNITY CLASSICAL CHARTER SCHOOL BOARD meets every third or fourth Monday of the month from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the school campus: 14613 Steele Creek Road, Charlotte, NC 28273 (unless otherwise posted). The next Board Meeting will be on Monday, June 27, 2022. Since COVID restrictions have lessened, guests are invited to attend in person or join by phone @ a number TBA. Anyone wishing to address the board must send an email request in writing 24 hours prior to the meeting.
UCCS Board Agenda will be posted one week prior to the meeting.

Susan Walker
Chair of the Board
Susan Walker is The Board Chair of Unity Classical Charter School. She is a graduate of Penn State with a BA degree in Communications and has lived in Charlotte since 1980. Susan has over 40 years of experience in corporate sales and management.
She recently retired from Konica Minolta Business Solutions where she led as the Charlotte Branch General Manager.
Susan and her husband Mike have five children and five grandsons. Three of their grandsons are thriving at Brevard Academy, a charter school in NC where one of their daughters is a devoted teacher. The entire family shares a passion for education.
In addition to her service on the Unity Classical Charter School Board, Susan is a member of Charlotte South Rotary, where she served on the Board as Membership Director. Since retiring Susan has enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and pursuing her lifetime interest in acting.
